We can then put you in touch with developers who are willing to purchase the land to develop.
The Process
Prior to Planning Approval
We offer a free consultation to assess your land for development opportunities
Review your land ownership title
Here we will check your land ownership and see what if any size development could be placed on the land.
Outline Proposals
We will provide a massing study to show the type and size of dwelling that could be approved at planning.
Planning
We will provide detailed designs to support an application to the local planning authority. This will include procuring the specialist surveys needed to support your application.
With Planning Approval
We will assist you to ensure the land sale is agreed for maximum value
Registration of new land
We will apply to separate the new development site from your title and apply for a new postal address.
Developer Offers
We will provide you offers from reputable builders and contractors who will purchase the land to develop the approved scheme.
Agreed Sale
When the land sale has been finalised our agreed fee % of the land value will be due.*
*Costs are applicable if the landowner chooses not to sell the development land. These will be transparent and visible at the outset.
